Hi I’m Natalie. Working with children has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve spent the past 19 years supporting children of all ages, and what I enjoy most is watching their confidence grow as they learn through everyday play, routine, and new experiences.

I offer a calm, nurturing environment where children feel secure, understood, and free to be themselves. I take the time to get to know each child as an individual, so I can support their development in a way that suits them best.

Alongside my experience, I am medically trained and have worked closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with more complex needs. This means I’m confident in providing the extra care, patience, and understanding some children require, while working in partnership with families to ensure consistency and trust.

For me, it’s about creating a setting where children are happy, supported, and able to grow at their own pace.
